Emerson Square comprises of three meticulously renovated homes, each Residence interior was thoughtfully curated by local Designer Hanna Geiger to reflect Charleston’s timeless beauty while offering modern amenities for a perfect stay. The unique and colorful exteriors offers a warm and inviting atmosphere for guest looking to immerse themselves in a experience that is uniquely charleston.

CANCELATION POLICY: Guests who cancel their reservation 14 or more days before arrival will receive a full refund, which will be processed back to the original credit card used for booking within 5 business days. Guests who cancel 3 to 13 days before their scheduled check-in will be charged for the first night, plus applicable taxes and cleaning fees, with the remainder of their stay refunded. For reservations canceled less than 3 days before arrival, including no-shows, no refund will be issued. Please note that this cancellation policy applies only to reservations made directly through our website. To cancel a reservation made through Airbnb, Expedia, or another third-party booking platform, guests must contact those platforms directly, as their cancellation policies will apply.
